Running for me is not just a sport or a form of exercise but it is a lifestyle.

It is a lifestyle that everyone can afford. I mean, anybody could run for free unless if the run is organized, you have to shell out some cash.

Running did not only lose me some pounds but it changed my life in all aspects and the life of many people whom I inspired to run.

The sport taught me the virtues of patience and perseverance.. that there is no other way to finish the race. Only through moving forward with your own feet and legs.

The sport made me change my general belief that “I can’t trust anybody.” Well, now, I can tell you…TRUST LONG DISTANCE RUNNERS! They don’t cheat with their running time, they follow the designated route and they move forward with their hearts with a focus mind. Or else, they don’t get their Finisher Medals. Hahaha!
